During checkout anglers will need to add the following information:
– TEAM NAME
– EACH ANGLER’S FIRST & LAST NAME
– SHIRT SIZE
Everyone must have a Team Name. This includes individual anglers and teams.
Must register by May 2, 2025, to receive a shirt.
California Department of Fish & Wildlife Rules and Regulations apply to all participants.
A California Fishing License is required for all anglers over the age of 15.
1st & 2nd Place for Divisions will be Awarded.

Carp Quest – Details, Side Pots, Rules, and Requirements
Lake Elsinore Carp Quest – 2025
Get hooked on the excitement! Dive into the ultimate angler adventure for a mere $75 per person, where you’ll reel in the excitement and cast your luck to hook the grandest catch of them all! Grab your rod & reel, or your bow, and embark on your Carp Quest at Lake Elsinore.
Participants:
Division l Rod & Reel – 1 Angler or Team of 2 Anglers
Division ll Bowfishing – 1 Angler, Team of 2 Anglers, Team of 3 Anglers, or Team of 4 Anglers
Vessels: Division l is Boat or Shoreline Fishing. Division ll is Boat Only.
Registration Fee: $75 per Person
Side Pot Fee(s): $20 Biggest Carp, $10 Heaviest Bag / Smallest Carp

Launch Location: Launch Pointe Recreation Destination & RV Resort, Lake Elsinore, California
Eligibility: Open to anglers of all skill levels. Youth participants must be accompanied by an adult. A California Fishing License is required for all anglers over the age of 15.
Rules & Regulations: All participants must abide by local fishing regulations and derby specific rules. Any violations will result in disqualification. Complete list of rules & regulations can be found below on this page.
Entry Fee: All entries must be accompanied by the correct entry fee, which is non-refundable.
Prizes: 1st & 2nd Place for all Divisions. Prizes will be awarded for the largest fish, most fish caught, and other categories. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony to start following the weigh-in.
Waiver: By purchasing your entry (entries) the participant agrees to release the Lake Elsinore Carp Quest and its affiliates from any liability regarding injury or accidents during the event. Participants agree to abide by the rules & regulations of the Lake Elsinore Carp Quest. I understand that my participation in this event in voluntary, and I assume all risks associated with fishing.
Order of Events
Check-in, weigh-in, and awards ceremony will be held at Launch Pointe.

Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Official Rules
1. Check-in begins at 6:00am. All entrants must be registered and CHECKED-IN prior to participating.
2. Side Pots must be declared before 7:00am on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Side Pots: $20 50/50 Biggest Carp, $10 each for Heaviest Bag, and/or Smallest Carp.
3. All BOWFISHING teams will be a maximum of four (4) participants. Individual Bowfishing participants are welcome.
4. No SHORELINE BOWFISHING is allowed. Any participants found in violation will be automatically disqualified, including any and all team members.
5. All entrants must abide by California Department of Fish and Wildlife Rules and Regulations.
6. All carp must be weighed at the official weigh station on Sunday, May 18, by 2:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. Up to ten (10) fish per team may be weighed in for 1st & 2nd place. Teams are encouraged to catch more for the Heaviest Bag.
8. Any attempt to weigh a non-carp fish will result in automatic disqualification. Registered participants are strictly prohibited from catching carp before 7:00am on Sunday, May 18. Any violation of this rule will lead to disqualification.
9. Only one carp per team may be entered in the BIGGEST or SMALLEST carp prize.
10. No littering.
11. No bowfishing within 50 feet of any other angler or from the shoreline.
12. Any disputes are to be decided by the Derby Committee.
13. Please be courteous to other Derby participants and Lake Elsinore residents.
Disclaimer: A California State Fishing License is required for all anglers over the age of 15. It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain the necessary license prior to the event. Failure to comply with state regulations may result in fines or penalties. The event organizers are not responsible for ensuring individual compliance with licensing requirements.
Derby Shirt: Participants must register by May 2, 2025, to receive a Derby shirt.

1. Registration of $20 per individual angler or Team is required to be eligible.

Sponsorship Package Details
Sponsorship Legal & Licensing – Details
Payments
Cash payments are due before May 1, 2025. Failure to pay fees when due, may result in termination of sponsor package
agreements. In-kind services shall be scheduled in writing by a representative and sponsor.
Limitation of Sponsorship
Unless otherwise provided, the cash or services and the sponsor benefits described in this agreement are related solely to the Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby to be held May 18, 2025. Assuming the event is continued in 2025, the Sponsor shall have the first right of refusal to continue sponsor’s involvement in the event on such terms as sponsor and Launch Pointe shall agree.
License and Usage
Sponsor herby grants the Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby a limited, non-exclusive license to use sponsor’s trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information [the “propriety information”] owned by the sponsor. The Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby agrees that the proprietary information will be used only in connection with the 2025 event to provide the benefits set forth in the proposal and such other benefits as sponsor and Launch Pointe may agree. The Dream Extreme Fishing Derby’s use of the proprietary information is subject to the approval of the sponsor’s designated representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Sponsor Understandings
The dollar value set forth in the proposal are estimates are based upon general sponsorship information available to the Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby; no portion of the sponsorship cash payments or in-kind services are subject to being refunded for any reason except as provided herein. Sponsorships are not exclusive unless otherwise set forth in the proposal.
Termination
The Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby may terminate this contract on 30 days written notice. In the event of termination for any reason other than failure to provide contracted fees or services. The Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby may substitute an event with equivalent benefits with the approval of the sponsor or shall refund any cash fee received from sponsor by the Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby. Sponsor shall not terminate this agreement without the written approval of the Lake Elsinore Carp Quest Derby.
